How does it work?
The signature is added on the server, after an email has been sent from Microsoft 365. This means it works on any device, including mobile phones and tablets. Employees don’t need to configure anything themselves.
The same signature on every platform
Because the signature is only added after sending, it doesn’t matter what someone uses to send mail. Outlook on Windows or Mac, the mail app on an iPhone, iPad or Android phone, or Outlook in the browser: the recipient sees the same, correct signature everywhere. Even with a new phone or laptop, nobody needs to set anything up again.
Designed in your own style
We design the signature in your house style, with your logo and colours. This way, all emails from your organisation look the same, regardless of who sends them or from which device.
Your events and campaigns in one place
Below the signature, you can include a promotion: an invitation to an event, a new service or a current campaign. You update it in one place for the whole organisation, and from that moment it appears under every email your employees send. This is how we do it ourselves: under our own emails, promotions about telephony, back-up and workplaces, among other things, take turns.

Are you a customer of B/Focused? Then you request the central email signature in the customer portal. You also supply your logo there.
